Our unique volunteer program has 3 key components: 1) creating a curriculum with our team and teaching hundreds of students that course subject, 2) creating a practical workshop for our students, introducing a new unique skill or trade to our students, and 3) conducting (under TNF supervision) a grassroots small scale sustainable international development initiative, giving volunteers the opportunity to serve as project managers in our areas of operation — our volunteer program is 100% free (besides their flight). All volunteers live on school grounds for the duration of their stay and are provided 3 meals. This is by no means a ‘voluntourism’ experience.
